This role pays $4/hour and is part time for the summer season.
Experience Required:
• Must be fluent in English
• 2+ years working in the e-commerce industry
• Shopify Experience
• Gorgias or Zendesk Experience
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Ability to handle phone support when necessary
• Bonus: Not required but a bonus if you have experience in drop shipping or the fishing/boating sectors.
Responsibilities will be as followed:
1) Answer 60+ tickets/day
2) Handle customer phone calls when required
3) Communicate across customer support/operations/design team
4) Create systems to help scale support operations
5) Follow processes and documents to answer Cx questions quickly
