E-commerce customer service representative

We are a fashion brand looking for an enthusiastic customer service rep! We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term role at our fast growing company.

This role is fully remote so access to high speed internet and a reliable computer is key. We are offering great benefits to the right candidate who joins our friendly, hard-working team!

Job includes:
Responding to all email inquiries and website chats
Mon-Fri, your own hours as long as all tickets are completed each day
Having strong knowledge of our products to aid customers in finding their fit (all information will be provided)
Representing the brand well and keeping our customers happy!

Requirements:
Experience in customer service (at least 1 year)
Experience in e-commerce would be a bonus (Shopify, Gorgias)
Stable internet connection
Strong communication with excellent English skills
Working remotely so must be self motivated and proactive
Must be willing to look through past tickets to become familiar with our tone of voice
