Purchasing Assistant / VA

Hi there,

We are searching for an exceptional Purchasing Assistant (Sourcing Department) to join our dynamic and international remote team. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to interact with all departments of our company and our warehouse, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily purchasing operations and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

> Assist to Purchasing Team to categorize sourcing data
> Knowledge in ---------- , Slack, email, inventory tools
> Artwork Preparation for each product:
- Requesting of template from Suppliers
- Collecting details of the product (dimensions, weight, SKU, Barcode, Product Name) via email
- Generate and encode Spare Parts (SKU, Product name, barcode)

> Product Photo preparation: Request from Supplier or Photographer and Upload to ----------
> Request to tea ---------- mber for translation of manual of the product
> Scheduling SGS Inspection and payment request through email
- Results to be posted in ----------

> After sales inquiries - Answering concerns that is not in the user manual
- Monitoring replacements from quality claims
> Purchase Order creation for new items and spare parts
> Organize product list and upload to ----------

The ideal candidate should have:

Proficiency in website navigation
Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets
Basing knowledge in ---------- , Slack, email writing and inventory tools
Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
The ability to take ownership of your work and meet deadlines
Strong reliability and punctuality
A willingness to continuously learn and grow in the role.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-1:00pm Dubai Time (UTC+4)
