Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Reservations and Guest Relations Coordinator. This role involves handling inbound calls for restaurant and pub reservations, managing the booking process, communicating with guests via email, obtaining deposits, coordinating with restaurant managers for group accommodations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

The successful candidate will:

- Have excellent spoken English skills
- Be motivated to help our customers
- Be able to follow the process correctly every time
- Weekends Only 10 am - 7 pm (GMT UK Time)
