We are a digital marketing and outsourcing agency in Gold Coast, Australia, and our client ,an Accounting firm in the USA, is looking for a full-time virtual Part time Client Coordinator/Liaisons.
Ideal candidate can provide support and assistance to their clients. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with their clients to ensure that projects are properly managed and completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to be able to effectively manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Handle client inquiries and provide a high level of customer service
• Track project progress and provide updates to clients.
• Support in On boarding new clients to ensure clarity with their team
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to provide needed services to clients
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and budgetary requirements are met
• Prepare and analyze reports related to client satisfaction and project status
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience as Virtual Assistant
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Mature, Nurturing, Family Oriented, Patient and supportive.

Position: Part time Client Coordinator
Client: Bookkeeping Consulting Form
Schedule: Can work 3-4 hours Eastern Time Zone
(8:00 PM-12:00 AM Philippine Time)
Hours/week: 15/week
Rate: US $250.00-300.00
