JOB OVERVIEW

Solid State is a leading fragrance house based in Melbourne, Australia, specializing in crafting high-quality, innovative fragrances for individuals who appreciate exceptional scents. We are currently seeking a dedicated, results-driven, and experienced Full-Time Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be committed to the role, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
Conduct cold email and phone outreach to potential clients, effectively presenting the Solid State brand and product ---------- et and exceed strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Implement and manage sales strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and achieve sales objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and targeted campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates.
Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge to enhance effectiveness and stay competitive.
Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the fragrance or luxury goods industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales ---------- lf-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Punctual, loyal, and trustworthy, with a commitment to the success of the company and the team.
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales ---------- fortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict KPIs and performance expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
