FULL TIME MARKETING VA

Forward-thinking, fast growing company looking to hire a full time Marketing VA.

Report to:
· Operations Manager

Core Skills:
· Marketing project management
· Social media management
· Email marketing (Ontraport skills preferred)
· Website/blog content/ development
· PR (press and media outreach)
· General research skills

Responsibilities:
· Manage Marketing Ecosystem of 3 Branches under the same brand
· Manage social media
· Coordinate graphic design
· Spearhead email marketing
· Spearhead website/blog content/development
· Manage joint venture partner relationships
· Outreach to press
· Ongoing research of events, organizations, and communities to partner with
· Book the CEO for podcasts + speaking at conferences/events
· Spearhead earned media: people writing, speaking, or blogging about the company (podcasts, tv, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 2+ years experience in Digital marketing with proven success record
- Experience in social media management, email marketing and content creation
- Experience in managing JV partners and doing press & media outreach
- Knowledge in automation & experience in using Ontraport is a plus
- Experience in using Asana, Toggl, and other tracking tools
