Customer Service & Marketing Admin Role

We're looking for someone with an outgoing and engaging personality to welcome our customers and introduce them to our products, solutions, resources, and ---------- -between customer interactions, you will assist the marketing team on various marketing-related projects ranging from social media marketing tasks to administrating marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering amazing customer experiences
Collaborate with the Social and Digital Marketing Teams on various initiatives
Handle administrative tasks within our Project Management tool (ClickUp)

Job Requirements:

Prior marketing experience
Comfortable with communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Loom
Familiar with project management tools like ClickUp and Gorgias
E-commerce experience with Shopify is a plus
Access to a computer and the ability to participate in Zoom video meetings
