UK Property Deal Sourcer: Rent to Rent

We are a Rent To Rent Property Management company looking to expand our team by adding a dedicated Rent to Rent Deal Sourcer Specialist. As a Deal Sourcer Specialist, you will be responsible for finding potential rent to rent deals for us to consider.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the UK rent to rent market and a track record of success in sourcing potential deals.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential properties for rent to rent deals
Analyse deals to ensure they meet our criteria and present them to management for consideration
Keep up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and new opportunities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Rent to Rent Deal Sourcer Specialist, preferably with a UK client
Strong understanding of the Rent to Rent business model
Knowledge of the UK property market and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to analyse and assess potential deals
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to provide a minimum number of potential deals per month

Compensation:

Competitive base salary
Commission on deals that go through
