As our assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most influential voices in the industry, including the Crappy Childhood Fairy (392k subscribers), Mind Body Health & Politics, Eat For Life!, and The Bob Zadek Show. With almost a dozen books published already, and growing demand for our services, we need a talented and driven individual to help us keep up.

Your role will be crucial in the process, as you'll be responsible for importing audio to Otter.ai for rough transcription, assigning speakers, and exporting audio to a Notion dashboard and template for processing. You'll learn to use A.I. prompts to generate timestamp summaries, key points, and social media assets, and post the final output to various platforms, from WordPress to Substack.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our founder, who will oversee the process and make decisions about when the A.I. is correct, and when to override it. This job requires a good grasp of the English language, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to a rapidly-changing field.
