Duties:

We need a project manager who will be responsible for overseeing client service staff's activities to ensure the needs of customers are met and their problems resolved. They contact clients to identify their needs and then facilitate the process to meet the needs and requirements. You have to also develop strategies for improving customer services, train other client services staff, and develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff. You will also be tasked to answer questions or resolve customer complaints, so you need to provide excellent customer service ideas and ensure our staff does the same.

Also pioneer research projects and implement them. For example, researching effective project implementation and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. For the projects, you have to figure it out, no one will show you. Utilize all the tools you can use.
