Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for a customer support specialist. This is a full time role (40 hours a week) and requires you to work US hours on Monday through Friday

Compensation is $5.50/hr US. We also give monthly bonuses to reward good performance!

You will be responsible for Customer Service: You will be handling inbound and outbound calls to speak with our customers so you can answer their questions, troubleshoot their issues, and collect payments

Required Skills/Experience:
- Min. 1yr of previous experience performing customer service over the phone
- Stable internet connection
- Fluent English
- You will need your own laptop/computer
- Able to work US hours
