JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads in the UK through the use of LinkedIn. This individual must possess strong communication skills, have experience in generating leads on LinkedIn, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing lead generation strategies that result in increased sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and manage my personal Linkedin account & the business Linkedin account
Utilize LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase sales opportunities
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through ongoing research and outreach efforts
Maintain accurate records of leads and their status in the sales pipeline
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to LinkedIn's platform and algorithms
Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of lead generation efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or sales development
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and its features for lead generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools, ideally Teamwork
