We build travel booking tools & offer instant chat support to frequent travellers.
We are looking for someone who has:
+2 yrs experience using a GDS (Amadeus or Sabre)
Proficient in English
+3 yrs experience in customer interaction (support or sales)
Extreme attention to details
Performs well and remains calm in an emergency or during last minute type assignments
Consistently hits a high quality level
Reliable and open communicator (internally w rest of team)
Curious and enjoys learning to increase skill level
Loves solving unsolvable challenges in travel
