Real Estate Acquisitions Manager w/ Bonus Php 100k+/Month

We are a rapidly expanding Real Estate company who specializes in distressed single family homes/properties. Our objective is to assist homeowners who need to sell their homes quickly & may be facing problems with the bank (Foreclosure, Probate, etc.). We are on the lookout for a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join us & build a team in the upcoming years ahead.

Job Summary:

As the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will be accountable for outbound lead generation, cold-calling potential clients & appointment setting for real estate deals within our company. The ideal candidate should possess a complete understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional sales & negotiation skills, as well as a strong sense of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify off-market properties in distress (Foreclosure, Probate, Divorce, Liens, etc.)
- Extract Homeowner & Home data from various websites & update file
- Call Homeowners & gather information on their situation (Lost job, Death in Family, etc.)
- Set up face-to-face meetings for Partners to meet Homeowner
- Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth & efficient closing process
- Provide exceptional customer service to Homeowners

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, with a focus on wholesaling
- Deep understanding of the real estate market and current trends
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with homeowners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of closing real estate deals
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Knowledge of Foreclosures, Probate & Property Liens

Pay:
We offer a base salary of 25,000 PHP per month & 50,000 PHP per contract closed (2-3 Average per month)
