We are seeking a qualified Amazon Technical Specialist to join our team in managing Amazon accounts and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Resolve support cases for flat files and brand registry
- Ensure proper use of flat file templates
- Manage brand registry accounts and ensure compliance
- Train team on best practices
- Integrate brand registry and flat files into business strategy

Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as an Amazon Technical Specialist
- Excellent communication with good Knowledge of Amazon policies as well as Seller Central.
- Proficient in using project management tools like Asana, Clickup, etc. with Experience in Flat Files' work, Amazon Support Cases, Brand Registry

Pay rate - $3-$4 per hour
