Project Manager (PM)

What will you do?

Primary functions shall include, but not limited to:

• Planning, executing, monitoring and closing of projects
• Performing quality assurance and risk management
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Managing project team members
• Projecting budget and scheduling estimation, and management
• Engaging with stakeholders and managing internal, external and third party relationships
• Conducting status review meetings with team members and clients
• Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress

What do you need?

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• Proven 5 years working experience in project management
• Be meticulous, well organized, and able to work independently under tight schedules
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Have good analytical and problem solving skills
• Be proficient in MS Office
• Be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interact well with people at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Other Relevant Requirements
• Can work full time from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm US PST. You may be required to do overtime and weekend work to meet deadlines or to minimize disruption to the client's business.
