Virtual Assistant for Etsy Store - Let's Rock 2023!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our Etsy store that sells digital planners. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing various aspects of the Etsy store, including customer service, order fulfillment, marketing, and SEO.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the Etsy store, including uploading new products, creating product listings, and optimizing product descriptions for SEO.
- Conduct market research and use SEO strategies to improve the store's visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring that all orders are shipped on time and in accordance with our store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, including re-ordering products as necessary.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive traffic to the Etsy store.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and manage meta tags, keywords, and other SEO-related content.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally in a customer service, e-commerce, or SEO-related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Etsy and other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of digital planners and the planner community is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including experience with meta tags, keywords, and other SEO-related content.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and be available to work during Philippine standard business hours.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Positive and professional attitude.
