Need a spreadsheet master

We are looking for someone that has experience in creating a spreadsheet to track team payments. Basically, the spreadsheet should be able to identify the difference between a fixed payment and an hourly payment in terms of bonuses and ---------- should also track overtime and deduction based on weekly limits. Other instructions will be discussed on a call.
