Quality Control Specialist

Hey there! Zulay Kitchen is looking for a Quality Control Specialist! This is a full-time position with a booming e-commerce company that sells amazing kitchen products.

We are looking for a creative and emphatic Remote Specialist with a good work ethic, can work under pressure and a go-getter attitude in keeping tasks done.

*You will be responsible for Handling Inspection Reports we receive from China.
*Coordinating with suppliers on the results from Inspection Reports.
*Coordinating with local HQ on product improvements.
*Going over reviews and customer experience metrics on Amazon to determine what products need to be improved.
*Coordinating these product improvements with suppliers.

What You Bring to The Party:

* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of working with email, word processing software and spreadsheets.
* Fluent English writing, speaking and comprehension.
* Candidates with prior experience in E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and Shopify are preferred.
* Phone soft skills such as active listening, empathy and problem solving.
* Fast, reliable internet connection of at least 5 mbps. Personal computer or laptop that can handle numerous tools at the same time.
* Decent headset with noise-canceling features and good microphone that provides no audible background distractions.

* Ability to negotiate and navigate difficult or ambiguous situations, adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals and technologies.
