Social Media Commenter/Customer Service Support

We are looking for someone to read, monitor, and reply to social post comments and emails. There may be an occasional opportunity for additional hours to help cover phones when we have special promotions. The average hours would be 20 hours per week, some hours worked would need to be between the hours of 6:00 am - 9:00 am in the Philippines time zone (GMT+8), but otherwise are flexible. Additional hours and work are likely as the company is preparing to double our current business. Training and scripts will be provided, although some responses will require a basic understanding & knowledge of our business.
