Scrum Master/Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our growing team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter environment. You will also be responsible for facilitating and supporting the Agile development process as a Scrum Master. Responsibilities:

- Act as Scrum Master and Project Manager for multiple projects
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure timely and effective communication across teams and stakeholders
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
- Engage in client communication, requirement collection, analysis, and documentation activities, in case it would require.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Develop and maintain applications for iOS and Android devices using Flutter technology.
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Perform Unit Testing (manual or automation), Code Review analysis
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and bug fixes.


Qualifications:

- Scrum Master experience in facilitating Agile development processes.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification (nice to have but not required)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in the PST or MDT time zones
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Client Communication, Technical Documentation, and Reports.
- Strong experience in mobile application development life cycle management (Design, Development, and Deployment) on iOS and Android platforms using Flutter technology.
- Excellent hands-on experience in Dart programming language, Flutter - Android and iOS a plus.
- Working experience in enterprise application development having integration with backend technologies, along with Firebase - - real-time database, cloud storage, and authentication.
- Solid understanding of State management in Flutter (Dart).
- Familiar with versioning systems (Like Git).
- Understanding and working experience with various tools, Dart Dev Tools, and code coverage.
- Application performance optimization and tuning best practices.
- Automating testing, unit testing, integration, deployments, and monitoring.
