Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Gorgias software expert and customer support consultant to join our team and assist us with improving our customer support operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in customer support roles and in-depth knowledge of the Gorgias platform. They will be responsible for reviewing our team's work, conducting calls with the team, and providing a high-level overview of our customer support operations.

Responsibilities:

-Review the work of our customer support team and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement

-Provide a high-level overview of our customer support operations and identify areas for improvement

-Analyze customer support metrics and trends to make data-driven recommendations

-Work with the team to optimize Gorgias workflows, templates, and macros to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

-Stay up-to-date with the latest Gorgias updates and features and suggest ways to implement them in our customer support operations

-Develop training materials and provide guidance to the team to improve their customer support skills and knowledge

Requirements:

-Proven experience in customer support roles, preferably in an e-commerce or tech environment

-Expert knowledge of the Gorgias platform and its features

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear feedback and recommendations to the team

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
