Google My Business Specialist

We are seeking a talented GMB Specialist to join our digital marketing agency that serves home restoration companies.


Responsibilities:
- Consistently keep our clients’ Google My Business accounts up to date (i.e. posting status updates, products, correct information on GMB, upload EXIF edited photos, etc)
- Be able to run GMB Audits to look for errors (i.e. duplicate account, NAP issue, etc)
- Follow our process and offer suggestions that will increase our clients rankings
- Document best practices and propose improvements in the day to day work of a GMB specialist

Requirements:
- at least 1 year experience with GMB
- Ability to use Local Viking & Click Up
- Able to handle GMB disputes (suspensions, extra verification by Google, etc)
- Be able to implement our strategies on GMB without strict oversight
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on the EST timezone for better collaboration.
