1. Proactively suggest, plan and execute B2B ad campaigns across multiple digital media platforms (FB, IG, Google, LinkedIn, Youtube & etc) to drive leads and identify opportunities to optimize through the components of: Keyword, Ad Copy, Testing & Analysis, Bid Management and A/B testing.
2. Monitor, manage and optimise ongoing campaigns, report and make recommendations based on results.
3. Work together with internal teams to develop action plans to streamline operations, through the use of keyword research tools and dashboards to monitor key metrics including but not limited to: Clicks, CTR, Reach, Engagement, Conversions, CPA, ROAS, and cost per click.
4. Provide recommendations for keyword bidding based on market trends and competitor research data, supporting demand generation goals for an organization scaling at rapid pace.
5. Suggest and track ads budget.
6. Able to write with good grammar/spelling with captivating headlines, effective call to action and perform quality checks on creative.
7. Keep up to date with digital landscape. Ie.
8. Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
9. Assist in marketing planning and execution.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in agency or digital marketing particularly in B2B.
- Experience in SEM and running performance-based marketing
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills with a proven track record of seeing projects through from conceptualisation to reporting and analysis
- Self-starter who can work well independently and is a strong team player.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional spelling and grammar is an added bonus.
- Pro-active in suggesting new ideas to implement and innovative in solving problems.
