WordPress Support Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled WordPress Support Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress, be passionate about customer service, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. As a WordPress Support Agent, you will assist our clients with their WordPress-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and/or phone to resolve WordPress-related issues and inquiries.
Troubleshoot and diagnose WordPress problems, including theme and plugin conflicts, performance issues, and security concerns

Guide clients through installing, configuring, and managing their WordPress sites.
Identify and recommend appropriate solutions, plugins, and tools to meet client ---------- calate complex issues to senior support staff or developers as needed
Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes and knowledge-sharing
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates, industry trends, and best practices

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience working with WordPress, including themes, plugins, and general site management
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Passion for providing outstanding customer service
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
