Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team with our manufacturing ---------- this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently documenting and managing the financial transactions of the company.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience working in a bookkeeping role. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
You should have experience with A/R, A/P, Collections, Resolving Billing and/or Invoicing discrepancies, COGS calculations, inventory calculation and related processes.
We currently use Quickbooks online.
This is a PART TIME Position (between 15-20 hours per week)
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
• Accurately recording financial transactions in our accounting system
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial documents
• Generating and distributing financial reports for management
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory and other assets
• Ensuring compliance with our local, state, and federal regulations
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
