Main Qualifications:
• At least 2 years solid work experience as an account manager
• With GoHigh Level (GHL) skills is required
• With skills in CRM and has good technical skills is highly preferred
• With excellent communication skills
Account Manager Responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
• Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new clients
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Help customers through
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Monitor and analyze customer's usage of the product
• Responsible for working with the Sales and Marketing Team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Team to identify and grow opportunities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Work closely with lender & broker partners to manage the onboarding process, setups of campaigns
• Deals with social media marketing and content for Uptick Marketing
