Cold caller with excellent spoken English and objection handling skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Wholesaling Cold Caller. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to property owners to identify potential Real Estate investment opportunities. As a Real Estate Wholesaling Cold Caller, you will play a critical role in helping us expand our business and achieve our sales goals.

Equipment/Internet:
Must have a quiet environment to answer calls/speak to contacts
Quality headset with noise cancellation
Must have primary and backup Internet in case of outages

Ideal Candidate:
Experience working for Real Estate Investors as a cold caller outbound or receiving inbound calls from direct mail/etc.
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Excellent command of English
Comfortable speaking on the phone with all types of people
Able to be polite but firm in conversations to get the necessary information for our lead list
Follows a script and is able to counter objections / go down different “branches” of the script tree
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday during Eastern Standard Time (GMT -4)
8 hours per day, we will agree on hours between 9 am - 9 pm (with breaks)

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to property owners using a provided call list
Introduce our real estate wholesaling services to potential clients
Identify potential investment opportunities by asking qualifying questions about the property
Build rapport with property owners and establish trust
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and leads generated
