MARKETING ASSISTANT - REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

We are excited to announce an opening for a Marketing Assistant (Real Estate Industry) to join our team. This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST (with a 1-hour unpaid break). The salary rate for this position will be determined.

Requirements:
Proficiency in SEO and keyword research
Experience using a Social Media Scheduler
Knowledgeable in managing a YouTube account, including running ads, using TubeBuddy, and implementing YouTube SEO (additional experience in this area is a huge plus!)
Proficiency in using Canva and/or Photoshop
Familiarity with Mailchimp
Copywriting skills are a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Google Suite

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize social media accounts for maximum SEO impact
Collaborate with the team to generate monthly content ideas
Assist in designing monthly mailers, postcards, event marketing materials, monthly newsletters, and property listing marketing materials (reels, covers, e-blasts, postcards, brochures)
Edit videos for reels and YouTube
Assist in creating scripts for video content, utilizing tools like ChatGPT or other software
Track and analyze analytics across all social media accounts and compile reports
Assist in creating game plans for events marketing
Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assist in building and maintaining a content calendar
