Real estate LM/AM (wholesaling)

Looking for a Rockstar real estate Lead Manager / Acquisition Manager - please ONLY APPLY IF you have all the requirements below.

Requirements:
- at least 3 years in real estate outbound cold-calling and texting (wholesaling)
- at least 1 year of Lead Manager or Acquisition Manager experience
- very important... result-driven and have can-do attitude
- fluent in English, hard working and honest

Responsibilities:
- do outbound calls (Calltools) and texts (Launch Control) to homeowners
-determine if homeowner is open to receiving cash offer, get information about the property and gauge motivation
- give soft offer
- set up onsite appointments

Rate/schedule:
- schedule is 10am-4pm EST (Tue-Sat). Will make it 8 hours per day (full time) depending on performance
- $5-$7 per hour... plus $300-$700 bonus per closed deal
