Virtual Assistant

Boost Assist, an offshoot project of Authorify, is expanding and seeking exceptional candidates to join our core team. Our unique subscription-based business model caters to the marketing and client-services needs of Real Estate professionals across the US.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the client’s current progra ---------- mbership
Generating leads through approved methods
Running SMS and email campaigns
Running social media campaigns
Performing clerical and administrative tasks (varies per member)
Working with multiple members or clients currently subscribed to the program
Eligibility:

Experience in a Customer Service or a Virtual Assistant role (Real Estate background is preferred but not a requirement)
Experience in Social Media Management and/or Content Creation (Proficiency in graphic design, layout, and typography is a plus)
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written (copywriting experience is a bonus)
Familiarity with the latest workplace softwares and tools
Knack for research and learning new system quickly
Self-sufficiency as training is minimal
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as the job requires working with multiple clients
Flexibility in working schedule (US work hours)
Technical Requirements:

High-speed computer (PC or Mac) with at least 8 GB RAM
Working webcam
Headset with microphone and noise cancellation feature
Reliable Internet connection with at least 20 Mbps and a backup of at least 10 Mbps
Reliable power supply and a backup power source.
