Job Overview:
Our real estate company is looking for a skilled and knowledgeable cold caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate new leads and prospect for potential clients by making outbound calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, handling objections, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Cold call potential clients and generate new leads.
-Qualify leads and identify potential clients who are interested in our services.
-Handle objections and overcome client concerns to effectively close sales.
-Set appointments for our sales team to meet with potential clients.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
-Collaborate with other tea
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain knowledgeable about the real estate market.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a cold caller in the real estate industry.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections and overcome client concerns.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software.
-Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and practices.
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
