Logistic Virtual Assistant with Experience in Scheduling Drivers and Technicians Needed!

Are you an experienced logistic virtual assistant with experience in scheduling drivers and technicians? Do you have a proven track record of optimizing schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a virtual assistant who can help us with our scheduling ---------- this role, you will be responsible for managing the schedules of our drivers and technicians, ensuring that they are always in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain schedules for our drivers and technicians, taking into account factors such as delivery times, traffic patterns, and equipment availability
Work closely with our operations team to ensure that schedules are optimized to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Communicate with drivers and technicians to ensure that they are aware of their schedules and any changes that may occur
Monitor and report on the performance of our drivers and technicians, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address them
Assist with other logistic-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant with a focus on logistics
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
Experience in scheduling drivers and technicians is a must
