About the role:

We are currently looking for a Netsuite Post-Go Live Support (*First 2 months full time; then, mutually agreed hours*) to join our Mad Mex Finance Familia.


Key Responsibilities:

- An Accounting Professional with extensive prior NetSuite Experience.
- Someone who has implemented NetSuite and provided post-GoLive support services previously.
- To assist with the onboarding of NetSuite our end in the office
o Developing workflows and customised reports
o Able to write custom scripts within NetSuite for improvement of efficiency or any integrations
o Ensuring the team understands workflows.
o Helping team complete training
o Helping with the data and process testing
- Analysis of the complaints coming through and working with the Financial Controller to take top concerns to the Finance team for improvement


Qualification & Experience:

- An Accounting Professional with extensive prior NetSuite Experience
- Implemented NetSuite previously.
- Ability to take on this as a full-time contract role for the first 2 months followed by the ability to provide ongoing daily/weekly services.
