Martin Management Group is seeking a Virtual Facilities Coordinator due to growth!
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
-Facilitate and coordinate facilities tickets when there are repairs, building maintenance issues pertaining to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.,
-Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility
-Ensure appropriate follow-up with clients and vendors
-Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within the client environment with minimal disruption
-Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to working night shifts
