We are looking for a resourceful, creative and ambitious Social media and Digital marketing manager to join our start-up team based in California. We provide a large spectrum of training to learn or improve your skills in social media and marketing for the fitness industry.

* The company:
We are a Start-up in the Health and Fitness industry. Our mission is to empower our customers to live a more vibrant life by providing a cutting edge, convenient and powerful workout which allows them to save time, build up strength and have more freedom. Our goal is to open a first brick & mortar facility by the end of 2023 and to open multiple locations in the next 2-3 years. Ultimately the plan is to franchise the business all over the United States.

* Responsibilities:
- Send daily report
- Develop, implement, and track a comprehensive social media strategy targeting our ideal customers
- Create reports to track social media performance
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the industry
- Plan and implement advertising campaigns using various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Create landing pages and sales funnels for campaigns
- Optimizing campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), digital advertising
- Online research

* Requirements: This is not an entry level job
- Fluent in English: both writing and speaking
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, and/or social media
- Expert knowledge of popular social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software
- Being accountable, reliable and organize are very important values

* Work schedule and Holidays:
This is a full-time position. Work hours are from Mondays to Fridays, the hours are flexible but we would
need you to be online with us for at least 2 hours. You’ll qualify for 2 vacation leaves and 2 sick leaves after the
6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
