We are looking to bring on a Web Dev Assistant to be an integral part of our team at VanDenBerg Web + Creative.
We are a full-service website design, development, and management company. We provide our clients with everything they need to maintain and protect their website investments.
With over 20 years of experience, we have become a trusted website and digital marketing consulting agency.
Our clients include non-profits, family farms, ministries & churches, associations & county fairs, real estate companies, e-commerce shopping, small to medium-sized businesses and manufacturers.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for a web dev assistant with Website Development & automation experience who will work alongside our CEO & Project Manager.
This is a remote role that would ideally suit someone who is looking to grow with a company for years to come. We are looking to start this position as Part-Time (10-20 hours per week) with room for rapid advancement; you should be available 5 days a week & able to work in the United States Eastern Time Zone.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage CEO inbox & calendar: responding to
- Maintaining Client Happiness: Ensure all
- Improve & Maintain Social Media: Scheduling social media posts, engaging on social media (liking, commenting, sharing) as the CEO or company, creating social media graphics, checking LinkedIn & Meta Business suite daily, and engaging with responses, etc.
- Web Development: Monitor WP website backups, perform weekly plugin updates, and monitor BlogVault dashboard for website issues.
- Support Web Development Team: Visually inspect Looker Studio reports for errors or issues before they are sent out to the clients. Then fix or report to tea
Experience
You should be independent and able to complete work in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
You should be comfortable using project management software (Asana), Social Media (FB+LI), Google Drive, Google Chat, WordPress, Canva, PipeDrive, and other tools.
You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.
*BONUS* — You are the PERFECT fit if you are familiar with setting up automations, specifically in PipeDrive & Asana. As well as comfortable with or excited to learn how to support in website development. You should have incredible attention to
