Media Buyer needed for fast-growing business in Sweden

We are a fast growing business with a new exciting position available within media buying.

Our business helps school classes and sport teams in the Nordics to fundraise, so that they can go on school trips, graduate and sport trips together. We are passionate about helping these groups make memories. We are a small team of 10 people that consists of young people (20-30 years old).

This is a role with a lot of responsibility, independent thinking, numbers and understanding the social media videos that drive the best results.

We currently advertise on 5 different channels (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube) and will have up to 30 social media ad accounts within 12 months since we are expanding to new ---------- te: We already have a strategy that is working well for us in terms of media buying, so we want someone that can first learn the way we do things, and then, after fully understanding it. We are specialists in advertising and we are looking for someone with experience with social media ad platforms or similar work.

Work tasks will revolve around:
- Uploading video ads on each platform (up to 30 ad accounts, this will require a lot of time)
- Analyzing marketing data (our goal is to aquire leads, email addresses)
- Changing ad budgets on campaign, ad set and/or ad level
- Reporting and communicating daily, giving suggestions on what improvements we can do for our videos

What we expect from you:
- To have relevant experience within media buying

What you will NOT do:
- Create videos
- Manage our organic social media (reply to comments etc)
