Looking for VA / Administrator

Hi,

We are looking for 2 awesome admin / virtual assistants that can work well with Computer in general and with Excel, Word and PDF. Sometimes you will need to convert from Word/pictures to ---------- can be morning or evening (Philippines time) part time job, for 2 to 4 hours a ---------- om Monday to Saturday. You start the same time you selected (Saturday can be different if you want), you can always change it in the future. Consistency is important in this job.

You will be working on our databases and preparing invoices to get cargo released from customs, which are very time sensitive, meaning we can NOT wait for tomorrow to work on the database/invoices as clients are waiting for information from the database.

The tasks are easy but attention to details is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
We are looking for someone who can be fast, has attention to detail and go the extra mile when needed.

Someone that can THINK, meaning thinking of how this can be done faster and better. Also see if what you are doing makes sense.

First hour we do not pay for testing a candidate. After the first hour the next 10 hours we pay 2 Dollars per hour, after the first 10 hours if we both of us d ---------- to continue we will raise it to 2.50 dollars per hour, if after 100 hours you are happy with the work and we are also happy with what you have done, we will raise it to 3 Dollars. After 2 months, we will raise it to 3.50 dollars, depending on how good you are. If you d ---------- to quit the job after less than 100 hours we will take 25% as it costs us a lot of time to teach you and again start a new search. Start your application with, here we go, write it twice, If after 2 months you d ---------- to quit, we will take 20% of the last month. If you are cum laude or summa cum laude the pay starts with 0.25 cents an hour higher.

If you have vacation coming up, or you will need off days in the next 3 months, please do not apply. Also if you have an emergency coming up please do not apply, we need some that is consistent.

After 4 months we will d ---------- whether to raise it to 3.75 to 4.50 dollars.
