About the Paid Media Analyst Role:
We are looking for an experienced paid media analyst to help set up, manage, and report on paid media campaigns.
We will be looking at running:
• Google Ads
•
• YouTube Ads
• Instagram Ads
• Bing Ads
This is a full-time job.
Primary Job Responsibilities of the Advocate Marketing Specialist:
Set Up
• Set up campaigns using best practices depending on the platform
• Build out keyword lists & set up audiences
• Advise on assets that might be required
• Advise on tagging
Manage
• Manage the campaigns towards KPIs
• Optimize with best practices in mind
• Test & Learn
• Ensure tagging is working
Reporting
• Creating weekly & ad hoc reports o for internal & external stakeholders
• Pulling data using database query tools like Looker & SQL
• Providing actionable insights about campaign performance
Meetings
• Project tracking & project status updates
• Follow up on next steps
• Knowledge of all project's status as it pertains to Paid Media
Planning
• Managing program timelines for any copy, artwork, and content (if required)
Platform Maintenance
• Ongoing platform knowledge updates
• Adhering to operating procedures based on client requirements
• Regular housekeeping of platform operation
Requirements:
• Using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc..)
• Actual hands on experience setting up, running, managing, optimizing digital ad campaigns
• Experience working the North American markets (CA, US)
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to Learn
Salary Negotiable Based on Experience
