Placement Assistant

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team to help further our mission of providing highly educated and highly qualified caregivers for the families in the Austin and San Antonio, Texas areas.

The Placement Assistant is responsible for administrative tasks including but not limited to; daily correspondence to ensure on-going relationships between caregivers and clients via email management and text ---------- tifications and feedback for services ---------- tting appointments, updating calendar systems, daily notes and databases. Process, confirm and dispatch service ---------- crease potential caregiver interest through recruitment strategies. Liaise with clients and nannies to build and develop company relations. Assist with nanny screening/processing tasks as needed. Handles tasks related to event planning. Conducts research projects necessary for company owner to review and make decisions on appropriate network affiliations and growth strategy. Assists with improving company processes and programs including data entry. Content creation for branding and advertising.

This is an on-call position that requires availability between the below hours. However, you will not be actively working all of the below hours, only when requests come through. Requests require immediate attention as they are on a 15 minute timer. We receive between 3 - 10 requests a day on average with holidays receiving up to 25 requests a day.
Monday. 7 am - 4 pm CST
Tuesday 7 am - 10 pm CST
Wednesday. 7 am - 4 pm CST
Thursday. 7 am - 10 pm CST
Friday. 7 am - 9 am and 5 pm - 10 pm CST

This position has the potential to expand to full time.
