SEO Expert for Food Blog Website

We are a fast-growing food blog seeking an experienced SEO Expert to join our team. As an SEO Expert, you will be responsible for optimizing each blog post to improve its search engine rankings and visibility.

Responsibilities:
Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for each blog post
Optimize on-page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers, and content to improve search engine rankings
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix any website issues that may impact search engine visibility
Monitor website analytics and search console data to track website performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the content team to develop content strategies that incorporate SEO best practices
Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms to ensure our website stays ahead of the competition
Insert affiliate links in posts
Write alt tags on all pictures to optimise SEO

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the food or lifestyle industry
Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices
Experience with keyword research and optimization tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics
Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to websites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of basic HTML and website design principles is a plus
