React Developer (m/f/x)

We are looking for a developer, who is specialised in React frontend work.

We are a specialist for headless technology and we have a strong focus in performance optimised fast loading websites. We have developed numerous individual solutions for ourselves and our customers with high demands on user experience, performance, scalability and code quality. The project portfolio ranges from high-performance online shops, responsive websites, tourism portals and individual developments to the mapping of business processes.

What does the work and onboarding in our team look like:
- you will get a mentor who will accompany the onboarding and the introduction to our tools. 
- after the onboarding you will be trained in our tools for a first time with our developer in pair programming (because of the time difference the pair programming is limited to 4h a day)
- we work in 14 days sprints
- we revise our source code and work in deployment piplines
- we have regular feedback sessions
- we all work with Macs, if you have one that's great, if not we will send you one when the mutual trust is established

Payment:
To gain mutual trust we will pay weekly in the beginning.
Later on this can be extended to payment every two weeks and monthly payments.
