Production Staff

1. Performs filling of bulk, labeling, packing, hot sealing and shrink wrapping of products according to set quality parameters and Standard Operating Procedure.
1.1. Ensures bulk filled to individual containers meet quality standard by means of green QC released sticker attached to the bulk container.
1.2. Checks packaging materials issued by warehousemen against those listed in the Packaging Order form (PO).
1.3. Checks correctness of coding of labels, individual box, jars, bottles, and tubes against the Lot number described in the Packaging Order (PO).
1.4. Properly labels all in- process and finished products and accomplishes tag according to required information.
1.5. Ensures proper filing of in- process and finished products.
1.6. Performs In Line Inspection of in process product.
2. Maintains cleanliness of working labels and orderliness of surroundings
according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
3. Immediately report to immediate superior any problems encountered that may affect quality standards or hamper packaging operations.
4. Prepares and submits complete, accurate and on-time daily
production required reports.
5. Participates in the investigation of production issues resulted to
sorting, rework and rejection of products and materials.
6. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
