JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an scheduler who has experience with outbound appointment setting. This position requires excellent customer service skills via phone and email as this position will be working directly with customers. If you have experience performing scheduling and want to be part of an amazing company, we want to hear from you.

You must be proficient in writing and speaking English, and familiar with MS Teams, Outlook, Google Maps, and Excel. The more tech savvy you are, that is a plus in this position.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years working as a scheduler/appointment setter for professionals.

* Tech savvy
* Must be able to work during the hours between 8am-6pm USA Pacific Time zone. M-F.
* Fast and reliable internet .
