Aircon Maintenance Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in conducting preventive maintenance checks and repairs of AC indoor & outdoor units and other cooling equipment such as but not limited to portable Iwata AC’s, exhaust fans & blowers, AHU, VRF/VRV AC’s, DX cooling equipment including water cooing chiller systems ---------- n work with less ---------- rry out repair and routine maintenance duties on air conditioning equipment, for hotel or hospital facilities etc.
Ensures that maintenance related documents are accurate, timely filed and complete for reference and in accordance with the quality management systems and procedures.
Performs other duties as directed by superiors from time to ---------- ply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas and implement 5S.
Performs inspection and checking of equipment’s parameters and records diligently and accurately to the official forms in accordance with the established Procedures and Instructions.
Performs evaluation and analysis to the recorded and actual equipment parameters and compare to the established criteria.
Responds to service calls and performs corrective maintenance in accordance with the Manuals, established Procedures, Work instructions, and Engineering guidelines.
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of vocational course in Air Conditioning or Cooling Technician from TESDA or relevant vocational training centers.
Must have valid RAC tech NC II holder.
Must have at least 1-year experience as a A/C Technician
Must have wide knowledge and skills in electrical and mechanical repairing of different aspects of Air-Cons/Cooling systems and auxiliaries.
Must have good knowledge in trouble shooting.
Ability to detect damages and malfunctions.
Must have wide knowledge in all types for installation of Air-cons.
Know how to reprocess and replace AC spare parts.
Must have good communication skills.
Willing to work overtime as necessary.
Willing to be assigned at Cebu City .
