JOB SUMMARY:
The Finance Assistant is fully responsible in receiving and depositing the cash collections and checks. Posts the collections in NOAH and issues official receipts. He or she is also responsible in the issuance of commissions, cash advance, and incentives for Brokers and In-House agents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor approval of uploaded payment files in Online Banking if ready for check printing.
Proper coordination with the Depository Bank for the pick-up of printed Manager's
Analyze and review the issued receipts for the collected payments.
Monthly updating and scanning of passbook for Management reporting.
Review and prepare proper documentation for check cancellation request.
Endorse Manager's check to Sales Office-based Finance Assistants for releasing to Brokers and Agents.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Financial Management or any-business related course
With at least one-year related work experience
Basic computer skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Excellent analytical skills
Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
