Editing podcasts in Audicity. Creating featured images to be used for podcasts in PicMonkey - This will just be adding words and an image, nothing to complex and no graphic design experience is required. Adding podcasts to itunes account.

Hosting a blog hour on Twitter once per week, this will involve creating questions about blogging sending to me for approval then creating a simple blog post in wordpress before the blog hour to let our audience know about the following weeks blog hour questions. Tweeting our audience to invite them to blog hour and then hosting blog hour, asking the 5 questions and retweeting peoples answers and replying where appropriate.

Research - searching for professional bloggers/online entrepreneurs/medical professionals that I may want to interview on the podcast and compiling their details into an excel spreadsheet.

Data entry - uploading guest recipes from one website (copy & paste) to a wordpress post, publishing and adding to a yummly account and a pinterest account.

More online admin/social media management duties may be added as VA becomes more experienced and confident in the tasks.
