Hello! looking for a video editor for my YouTube channel!

Requirements:
Proficient in editing software like Sony Vegas, Filmora, Adobe, ETC.
Proficient in writing in English.
Love movies.
Able to work 5 days in a week.
Fast learner and thinking outside the box

Task:
You will be putting together a video where we summarize movies in under 10-15 minutes.
We will have a scriptwriter who puts together what the voice over will say in the video.
You will be putting the video scenes on top of the voice over telling the stories.

Pros:

This position will be a reliable job that will always be there for you if you are a great worker.
If you love movies this would be an entertaining job for you.
And of course, you love movies cause it's a requirement.
Future raises if the channel gets bigger, and you will also have to work for me for a certain time, so I can trust that you are reliable.

I will be judging your video editing skills on these traits.
1: How well you cut the videos so that the scenes match what the voice over is saying.
2. How good you are at detecting and removing unnecessary frames between clips
3. The video quality you used, as well as your rendering settings.
4. The consistency of your volume control throughout the video.
5. Correct angles and appropriate clips
6. How well you follow instructions.
